Submitting a quote request does not require Buck Off to provide service, and it does not require you to buy service.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Deer behavior can change based on weather, food supply, season, plant growth, local deer pressure, and other factors.
Buck Off works to help reduce deer damage through consistent treatment, but we do not guarantee that deer will never enter your yard, eat plants, damage landscaping, or return after service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, identifying the areas that need service, giving safe access to the property, and notifying Buck Off of gates, pets, hazards, restricted areas, or special instructions.
Customers should follow any instructions provided before or after service, including guidance related to watering, rain, pets, children, or treated areas when applicable.
6. Photos and Submitted Content
When you send photos, messages, or other content through the website, you confirm that you have the right to share that content with Buck Off.
Buck Off may use submitted content to review your request, provide a quote, communicate with you, and provide service. We will not use customer photos for marketing unless you give us permission.

8. Text Messaging
By providing your phone number to Buck Off LLC, you agree to receive text messages regarding our services. Our messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. We do not use text messages for marketing.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no longer wish to be contacted via text messaging. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
